My-Yoga-Center…

1) Have a facitlity to train at, but not a gym that I must join.
2) Specialize in core trainer – particularly with the ball and/or light free weights – to create a routine I can also do alone at home.
3) Be willing to push me hard using positive motivation.
4) A woman or gay male would be my first choice (as the straight men I have interviewed in the past didn’t seem to jive with my personality).
TOTAL BONUS: If you know boxing, muy thai, BJJ, yoga or pilates!
