yoga px90
How does the Px90 program split up the exercises?
I know that it has a yoga/stretching component, an aerobic component, and strength training.
Are the workouts all of one type or does each work out mix them together?
I’m thinking they probably have ab workouts, yoga/streching workouts, upper body workouts, and lower body workouts, but would like to hear from someone who has used/owns it.
