benefits of doing yoga everyday
Inner leg exercises?

I stay in shape through diet and exercise. I’m very thin and toned in my upper body. But, I carry most of my weight in my thighs and inner knee area. I do cardio everyday along with yoga a few times a week but have yet to see any of the weight drop from that area. I bike ten miles a day which has helped to tone my legs but really has done almost nothing for my inner targeted leg areas. Are there any exercises that I could benefit from?
